As a passionate social worker Alice Prema Andrew has contributed tremendously towards developing a vibrant and relevant civil society in developing countries. Leading non-profit organisations, have benefitted from her Strategic interventions and Sustainability plans. Some of the Global charities she has been associated withOxfam, CARE, ActionAid, Greenpeace, International Federation of Red cross and Red crescent societies, Plan, YMCA, Salvation Army, Oasis, Damien, American Red Cross, Sesame Workshop, Oasis, German Red Cross, HIV & AIDs Allianceand a dozen other local players.
Alice Prema Andrew has been consistently training, mentoring, and coaching social workers, professionals, Senior management, and board members. Over the years, she has productively engaged with over 15,000 social workers, developmental professionals, non-profit board members from over 500 NGOs or Community based organisationsin the Asia-Pacific region. Her trainings and workshops ensure that only theories that have passed through the test of ‘practical application’ get imparted!
For over two decades, Alice Andrew has helped leading international charities, corporate hospitals and faith-based institutions with change management strategies, indigenous resource mobilisation plans and built business models for sustainability.
